nucleus Strategy Builder

nucleus Strategy Builder will operate in tandem with nucleus Swap and nucleus DeFi Configurator to create a unique accessibility solution that enables in creation of investible vaults.

nucleus Strategy Builder will function as a creation smart contract to enable the creation and configuration of Investible Vaults.

Each Strategy Builder creates are unique Investible Vault whose ownership is linked via ERC 721 and ERC-1155 Tokens. To ensure non-custodial nature of Vault, each vault will have 3 control and configurations model.

Model:

The Model Aspect of the Vault focuses in the way the vault is managed. There are 3 primary control party involved in the model.

a. nucli.fi Platform: nucli.fi platform acts as the admin and is part of the multi-sig structure of the vault. The primary function of nucli.fi is to ensure stability and security of the smart contracts and smooth functioning of the operations.

b. Creator: Idea creator acts as the primary strategy builder who develops the DeFi strategies that can be deployed via nucli.fi and be primarily responsible for the management of the strategies. Each Creator receives an ERC-721 (Leader Vault NFT) token when the vaults are generated acting as the key for the Creator to manage their respective vaults. In addition, the Creator receives enhance functional control in terms of rebalancing of the strategies and fees/royalties for management.

c. Investor: Investor represents the primary audience looking to leverage opportunities in the DeFi ecosystem. Each Investor will be able to invest into any investible vault of their choosing. For this, each investor will be minted an ERC-1155 Semi-Fungible NFTs (Follower Vault NFT) that will act and capital control for the respective token amounts. Each Semi-Fungible NFTs will be enabling Investor to capitalize on the market expert and collaboratively Invest in Opportunities that were erstwhile inaccessible.
